Apartment in the center of Berlin

Our modern holiday apartment is centrally located in Berlin. Everything is organized to serve all the needs especially of families with children, couples or older travelers. The apartment offers you a quiet and relaxed stay. There is enough space for children to move around in the apartment. A spacious living and dining room, a small kitchen area, a shower room and a sleeping and games room can accommodate 4 people (+1 baby).

Tourists staying in Berlin have been paying a visitor’s tax since the beginning of 2014. The tourist tax is 5% of the room price and is to be passed on by the hosts for the guests to the city. The amount is due on the day of departure and must be paid in cash or deposited in the apartment.
